Tellus User Manual

Welcome to Tellus, your governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) workspace.

Welcome to Tellus, your governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) workspace. Tellus brings your whole compliance program into one place: frameworks and the controls you implement and prove, a company-wide risk register, security and operational incidents, a central library of documents and evidence, third-party suppliers, vulnerability disclosures, and protected assets. You can assign owners, schedule reviews, link related records together, and turn the result into polished reports for auditors, leadership, or regulators. This manual walks you through each area one section at a time, with screenshots, so you always know where everything is and how to move confidently through the app.

Getting signed in

  1. Open your browser and go to https://tellus.application.alxias.se.
  2. On the login page, enter the email and password your company invited you with. New users receive access through a company invitation rather than self-registration, so if you do not have an account yet, ask your company to invite you.
  3. Click Login. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the same screen.

After you sign in, you land on the Dashboard — your home base, with summary cards, a frameworks overview, and a risk distribution panel. Start there, then use the left sidebar to reach most areas below. My Work and Notifications sit in the top header bar instead, and some areas (such as Incidents) only appear in the sidebar once relevant data or access exists.
